than expected with a few teams seriously under-performing expectations:

KSU, yikes.
TCU not looking great.
Baylor and UA not as good as we thought.

Other strugglers:
KU isn't dominating quite like the media projected.
BYU not great. Too many ugly games against bad opponents like UCR and Idaho, along with a terrible showing against a middling Providence.

Surprises:
WVU better than expected. You could maybe say this about Cincy, Utah, ASU as well. But not big leaps.

The other 6 are about where we thought they'd be.
