I grew up in a “every man for himself” Christmas. My wife a one by one family.
Now, we open one at a time, but then the kids want to immediately play with the toy they just opened so we have to actually tell them to come open more presents to keep things moving. We still had a few presents left wrapped in the afternoon (mostly because we had to get going to family events)
