many guys should be seen as a good thing when it's a 10-2 team ranking in top 20. Bringing in players ranked higher than you're losing even if just a few should also be seen as a good thing.
Really don't follow Utes portal news too carefully but casually see them with a ton of players even in rotation leaving. They can't all just be bluffing to get more NIL. The ones I've seen coming in are from very mid-level teams. Not sure how that translates to getting significantly better.
