The mentality in Utah seems to be: “I want to get there fast, so I’m staying in
the *fast* lane.” It’s maddening on long drives like to St. George / Las Vegas.
Pass and move right folks. Period. When you’re ready to pass again, repeat. You don’t get to just sit there for miles passing whoever you happen to pass because you’re going a little faster than the traffic to the left. There are cars behind you who see YOU as the slower car.
