Do not do this OP. It will not penetrate all the way through to the cavity and
you'd have a bunch of turkey sitting in the unsafe zone for hours.

Buying one fresh from a butcher is probably your best bet like specsauce says below. It might be possible to try a rapid defrost with running cool water, but considering the setup required to make sure you don't get any stagnant warmer water in that same cavity the juice probably isn't worth the squeeze. Just save that turkey for later and eat something else today.
