Every time I change my eating and exercise habits, I lose weight, and I’m in the process of doing that right now. Over the last two months, I've lost 13 pounds by cutting out treats, processed foods, fast food, and anything made with white flour, while also starting to exercise regularly. I’m confident that over the next 4-6 months, I’ll lose another 50 pounds by sticking to this plan. I’ll feel a lot better physically and mentally as a result. It’s all about trade-offs. I do know some people who are thinner than I am and eat worse, which can be frustrating. But this is the body I've been given, and I know I have to approach it differently than they do to take care of it. I accept that.
