My biking has been pretty basic. When I’m outside I’m usually only biking 30 to 40 minutes, and it’s on the Murdock Trail in Northern Utah County, so pretty flat.

For the inside, based on your comments, I need to pay more attention to very resistance. I’ve only been going there 5 miles or so, so I probably need to also look at doing something longer.
