Is get a good electric kitchen probe and set an alarm for the temp you want
It’s still a bit tricky bc carryover can be unpredictable but at least an hour of rest time. Dear at high temp 350+ for 30-45 min then down to 225-250 for the rest. Usually an hour per pound ish and this can also vary depending on bone in or not but don’t take my word for it. Lots of good recipes online all recipes is a good site.
