If Kalani isn’t going to own the recruiting process he has to get guys who will.
As a head coach you can’t be everything so you have to know your strengths and hire people who have different strengths than you. Kalani needs coaches that are effectively mini head coaches for the offense and defense. We see Hill taking on that for the defense and owning it. Arod doesn’t seem to be at that level.
