player is going to go up. But there's no way to create a proprietary farm team that only benefits your college. A JUCO player can sign anywhere. There are no restrictions or limits on where they can go after they finish their time at a junior college.

What I don't see happening is an NCAA D1 FBS school spending money to create a JUCO so that they can stash players there because it is going to be an open market recruiting battle for every single player coming out of JUCO just like it is for HS recruits and transfer portal players.
