When was the last time the NCAA won a lawsuit?

They'll just take this and change the rule so that JUCO years don't count against eligibility. With trimmed down rosters, and players being able to stay in college longer, it's harder than ever for a high school kid to get a chance at playing college sports.

I separate transfers from recruits. I wouldn't ever call a transfer a BYU recruit.
