lawsuit says. I was surprised they had to join the lawsuit, and weren't a named plaintiff right off the bat. Just waiting for Fresno and SDSU to join. They're both Cal State schools so I'm sure they have to go through bureaucratic hoops, including environmental studies, before they can join the lawsuit.
