I went to the d-day museum in Caen and they had tour options. I had a tight
Schedule so it worked for me.
Went to Omaha, Pointe Du Hoc, and another beach iirc.
Not the most extensive tour probably but there were a number of options so you can probably find one that fits your needs.
I was in London at the time so I went to Portsmouth by train and then I took a ferry from Portsmouth to Caen then a cab to the museum.

Took train from Paris to Caan for a couple days then took a coach to Normandy for tour of several sites but
