its all how it is managed. The year before we had a ton of transfers 5-7 season this last year fewer transfers 10-2.
Its harder to build team chemistry when you have a ton of transfers. Its better to build for the long term.
See Michigan's process under Jim Harbaugh. They focused on recruits from HS and chose a few transfers where they the need
