Utah has to replace literally half their roster this offseason so yes, it is
highly likely that they will out recruit us in the portal.
The coaches have said their are going after an OL or two, a couple DL, a TE and a CB. The fact that we don’t have to sign a dozen or more portal guys this offseason and will thus suffer in the recruiting rankings is something to celebrate.
