When you walk into a DMV for instance, you can see that the workers don’t care, aren’t motivated, and there’s a lack of efficiency and accountability.

This is why privatizing many government agencies makes so much sense. There’s accountability, higher demand (stress), and more rewards in most private sector jobs. A business needs to make a profit, and they are incentivized to improve efficiency.

There’s nothing wrong with some degree of stress. I admit there is a balance to be had, and it can be found too.
