Sure there is room for improvement, but it’s being implied that the pace of the
offense is where that improvement will come, and ignoring that just maybe the pace leads to more improvement to help with the 10 wins.
And here’s the part you can’t seem to understand. The defense helped with those 10 wins, and also helped keep those 2 losses close. It was the HC, and the DC that wanted to keep the pace slow to help the defense, so blame them if you think the pace was the problem. The defense was good for most of the season, so maybe, just maybe they were right…
