Not sure what you would have a problem with. Most seems really reasonable.
  • Definitely meet the boy - Standard for most parents
  • and get finger prints. - This is a joke.
  • Get his cell number in case of emergency. - Would you have a problem with this?
  • Double/group dating with friends that you know. - Recommended by church leaders.
  • Have her turn on "Location" on her phone so you know where she is. - My 28 yr old single daughter (who doesn't live at home or nearby) does this today to for safety reasons with roommates.
  • Know where they're going - Standard for most parents
  • You have veto power if you don't like the plan. - Maybe this is one you would have a problem with.  But if my daughter says she's going to the boy's cabin in the woods alone...yeah I would have a problem with this.
  • Know what time they'll be home. - Standard for most parents
  • Home by 9:00 or 10:00 on weeknights and by 11:00 or 12:00 on weekend. - There's certainly room for flexibility here but 9/10 on school night...that way they're home in bed to get up the next morning?  And weekends...Yep, 12:00 was the latest unless there was something special/unique going on.
  • Green/Yellow/Red: Hold hands/kiss goodnight on doorstep/long-extended kissing and beyond. - This was mostly teaching kids.  No way to enforce.  But get them thinking about their limits before they're faced with difficult choices is good practice for parents and kids.  Have conversations about it.
