Jack in the Box after an event. It was late and few places were open. We got in line and it was a bit slow going as there were 4 cars in front of us. I got a little irritated at how long it was taking but as we got to the window I could see there were just 2 girls running the place. I paid with a card but when they gave us our food I gave them each a $100 bill. They started jumping up and down with joy.

We've been doing something similar ever since. 2 years ago we were in Mexico. I gave each of my kids $100 to share wherever they were prompted. It created some good memories for us and the kids.
