They seem to think that 2nd round picks don't have flaws. Every 2nd round pick has obvious flaws.
Most have a dimension to their game that is excellent. But all have flaws: lack of athleticism, size that isn't ideal, bad ball handling, bad competition, age (too young or too old), little experience, etc.
They are low risk, high reward players.
And shooting consistently is the skill set that gets them drafted in spite of obvious flaws.
But 47% from three with decent size gets you drafted. Even with flaws.
