Noah's a better D1 player, no doubt. But as a defender in the paint (which is what we need)
Mihailo's ceiling is quite a bit higher.
He's a project (who knows how to play ball — but needs to start figuring out his position & role better than what he's shown so far; I imagine he's been a bit of a disappointment so far for the staff — but he still has the makeup & tools we really need at the 4 against Big12 competition).
