its ability to maintain heat when cooking many pizzas in a row. The most I've done is 30. It's as portable as any in that category but takes forever to cool down after reaching 700 or 800. On sale right now at Ace for $400 which is as low as I've seen, but if you're in Utah they sometimes show up used on ksl for $200 to $300.
In summary: great for italian pizza, great for large gatherings, kind of a premium price. If I hadn't found it on sale when I was in the market, I probably would have just tried the Solo Pi from Costco.
