have a nice, low-rate mortgage on the house. I feel like I can never sell my house because every day I own it the bank is getting fleeced! Those beautiful suckers loaned me money at 3% years ago and I haven't found an investment that would entice me to give up such cheap leverage. (Also, I am living here, so yet another reason.)
