I have my company’s tax guys but was hopeful someone would have a reference here. I try not to give them too many questions because I want to save them for mine if I need them. Plus at over $1,000 an hour, questions get expensive fast. The probability of an audit on this is so small. It will be interesting to see what the two owners do.

I know what I don’t know. This question seems somewhat improbable but not impossible to me. It is in the realm of possibility for tax savings to at least explore.
