Keep current but have opponent drafts
I think you take rank 5 and have them draft opponent from pool of ranks 9-12. Then rank 6 from remaining 9-12 and so on with 7 and 8.
Once first round is set you have rank 1 draft which bracket they want feeding to them, and so on with 2-4.
This would be so much fun and make reward for higher seeds
