Of course that’s gotta be true. Eat too many calories, and you’ll get fat. My
Bigger concern would be with crossing over the excess line - you’re already eating at your calorie limit for the day, and then you eat 400 calories of almonds as a snack after dinner. Now you’re calorie excess and gaining weight.

No way could I eat 2800 calories of just nuts in a day. But I bet I could easily eat 600. And that 600 could easily be the thing that puts me over the line.
