We had two encounters with these crackheads.
1. Our garage door was painted by the HOA, and in so doing one of the painters smudged the door. We got a notice to clean the garage door or we would be fined.
2. Last week while we were out of the country, our garbage cans had been placed next to our garage doors, before our house cleaner could take them inside the garage. We got a notice and warning that we would be facing fines if they weren't taken inside within 6 hours after pick up.
