They are very different types of players that were both all timers. Messi is more well rounded but CR7 in attacking 3rd was an absolute menace. CR7’s ability to elevate for headers was a thing of beauty.

I liked watching CR7 more in his prime but would probably have to say Messi is the better all around player.
