That's absolutely nuts.

Yes, we should all move a lot more. But unless you're talking about burning 1000+ additional calories per day, movement isn't going to get there.

I'm a tall and relatively active person. My daily burn is around 2500. If I ate 3600 a day - even going to the gym every day - I would gain a couple of lbs a week.

But yes, it's everything. We all need to move more, eat better, eat less, watch less, internet less.

sigh. It definitely seems like too much sometimes.
