HQ location in silicon valley and a couple key international offices but closed all the others down.
At my current company we're piloting a smaller scale effort of providing limited landing spots at places like WeWork for folks who really want/need to have an occasional office presence beyond their home office.
We are really trying to do remote-first right - pretty much entirely remote for everyone, but lots of support to enable collaboration and community (including hub events in different cities for folks in many areas). We also have annual budget for in-person offsites so we can still have occasional f2f opportunities. I love remote work, but getting my global org together for in-person engagements from time to time is invaluable.
