HarlemCoug Intervention Needed
I'm hopeful that there is some research done about the dangers of losing the weight too quickly. Especially in older
people, the risk of having excess skin is real. Excess skin can cause real problems for people mentally.

My wife's friend lost 50lbs on these drugs - chose to take her time and did it over a year. She didn't have any skin issues (she's early 40s). Said she could have lost the weight in 4 or 5 months (and was tempted to do it because the gains were so awesome)... but she took it slowly in order to allow her body/skin to adjust to the weight loss.

The drugs have been in my ward for probably 18 months. I'd bet 20 people have lost at least 30 lbs since then (and probably 30 people have lost at least 20 lbs). Peer pressure/keeping up with the Jones turns out to be healthy in this situation.
