Seine river cruise, Orsay or Orangerie, Eiffel Tower
With some strategic planning, you can squeeze all that in without rushing too much
Most cruises start and end at the base of the Eifel Tower, and the museums are not far from there
Lunch could be part of any of these: there are river cruises that serve lunch/dinner, there are decent restaurants on the Eiffel Tower, the main cafe at the Orsay has great views of Paris, etc
