Two issues:

1. Gauges & infotainment center blackout 3-4 times per day. When that happens, the turn signals don't work, & and the power windows will not operate. Dealership thinks they fixed this but aren't certain.

2. The drive mode selector doesn't work. It may be stuck in "Normal", but they aren't sure. No Slick road" option, no "Towing" option, etc. Dealership has been working on this supposedly for the past five weeks. They have no idea what is wrong.

I won't say Corwin Ford of Spokane is the dealership, so you'll just have to guess for yourself.
