A good HC needs to understand the role of PR. KS gets it, Bronco doesn't.
Simple as that. If fans don't like you, then you won't get the benefit of the doubt when things get rough. Fans ultimately pay the salary. Being disrespectful to fans (or the admin) is a one way ticket to a limited tenure.
Bronco comes across as humble yet pompous and occasionally self-righteous. Kalani comes across as humble.
