Unlikely for a couple reasons
Those donation amounts include seat donation fees which are very high at SEC schools. Some schools like Utah also structure their ticket prices very uniquely which makes this hard to really cut through without more data

For example a north end zone season ticket at Utah is $100. It however requires a donation of $450 per seat.

50 yard line seats likewise cost $100 per seat with a required donation of $2k+ per seat.

The donation amounts include things like booster funded buyouts, facility improvements, booster funded coach appearance payments (very common in the SEC) and tens of millions in seat donations and status requirements.

Schools can't fund NIL directly so allocating those funds to NIL means lowering ticket costs, trimming back on facilities, lower coaching salaries and everything else that money is used for today. The current NIL money is all in addition to these ludicrous numbers.
