It's unfortunate Detmer got run out so quickly. He didn't have enough time to
establish his system, and recruit the players he needed to fit that system. I suppose you could criticize him for not getting the most out of what he had, but it was his first college gig. It would have been better for him to be the QB coach before moving to OC.

Dude. He couldn't get it done with Taysom Hill and Jamal Williams. Love him as a player, but Ty stunk as a coordinator.
