Bird flu is killing chickens.
I read somewhere that egg laying hen populations have been decimated in 48 states - which was funny. Only 48 states? Bird flu didn't make it to Hawaii or Alaska? Also - are there actually egg farms in Alaska?
* Note - I'm only assuming Hawaii and Alaska are the two unaffected states. Maybe it's New York and South Dakota?
