FWIW, most cuts will be players not on scholarship. And the schools will have
more scholarships to give now, so the person who would be "cut" from this change are those who:
1. Weren't on scholarship already, and
2. Weren't good enough to be given a scholarship even with the new increase in scholarship numbers
