Coaching is so much more than play calling. It is about discipline, focus, and minimizing mistakes. It is about coordination and having all units synchronized. A Rod has been horrible with all of that. Crowton had a nice playbook but was a disaster for the lack of those elements.

Analytics should never ever take precedent over good judgement made from evaluating momentum and circumstances. Analytics mean nothing because not all defenses and playing environments are the same.
