His throwing motion will keep him out of the NFL, but he can still be a very

effective college QB with it. That is not his biggest problem. What he needs to do is improve on risk management. If he gets better at knowing when to make or not make riskier throws, and better at knowing when to just take a sack or throw it away, he will be very good - regardless of throwing motion.

Unless he completely reworks his throwing motion, he won't get much better, IMO.
