To improve, he'll have to be accurate with deep posts and go routes. Needs to
connect on more deep balls. It also wouldn't hurt to have more touch for short passes, but not sure touch passes are part of Retzlaff's QB style.

Unless he completely reworks his throwing motion, he won't get much better, IMO.
