Conference play against each other deprives the conference from displaying just how good we are. I believe the top four teams from the Big XII are as good as any team in the top 20. By the team’s winning against other conferences, they show that big 12 deserves higher rankings and respect for next year’s preseason rankings.

Sure, as a game for the true sense of the word of two competitive teams, playing Colorado would be great for BYU. It just doesn’t make sense for the conference and ultimately for BYU next year.
