Oregon is undefeated; Penn St and Indiana have one loss
No one in the Big XII can finish better than 11-2... So now it becomes a question of whether an Ohio State team with an equal record gets the nod over a Big XII team, and that's an obvious one—they always will.

If the Big XII doesn't like that, they could try, for starters, not losing to 5-7 Kansas (knocked off Iowa State, BYU, and Colorado in consecutive weeks).

In football, brand matters—and the Big XII has basically no brands. They've been poached and picked over for more than 10 years, and the teams they've used to backfill just don't have the same draw. If any Big XII team wins multiple national championships over the next 30 years, then 30 years from now I'll start expecting them to get the same treatment Ohio State gets now.

In football, record also matters—it's understandable to drop the occasional game, but great teams rarely drop multiple games in a season. In very fringe instances, teams might get the benefit of the doubt for multiple slip-ups, if they have mitigating factors and a big brand that was built over decades of consistency.

And of course, all of this is simply assuming for the sake of the argument that your chart is right... Which I very much doubt.
