First off, Boise will be competing with two other conferences for that 5th spot. There is no guarantee that they will garner that spot. They are a top G5 program for sure, but there are others.

We are not a little fish, in a big pond...we are becoming one of the bigger fish in our bigger pond, and the larger pond is allowing us to grow bigger.
