Any more. Beant to take four steps before you start dribbling? Fine you get the "gather steps."
Want to take four more steps after picking up your dribble? Okay, we'll just turn our heads and let that happen.
Want to get away with absolute charges through stationary players? Of course you can do that too.
As long as it increases scoring, just about anything can be allowed.
