ALL P4 teams should ONLY play P4 schools, pre, during and post.

ALL P4 conferences have a top, middle and low tier ranking. So maybe preseason games play 2 low or 1 low and 1 medium tier from another P4 conference.

G5 has their own TV schedule and payout, let them play only G5 schools. Same breakout goes for them in preseason.
