Blocking is too important IMO. I remember rich rod was 2 to 1 offensive coaches
To defensive coaches on staff almost. He had a d coordinator, d line coach, linebacker coach, and defensive back coach. Then six on offense and he was basically a 7th as head coach. And one of those 4 D guys was also special teams coach.
