With tegoprubart? The kidneys do much better than tacrolimus. GFR in the 90s compared to 50s if I had a loved one with a new kidney, I would get them switched over as fast as possible. No nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, hypertension, or diabetes like Tacro leads to
