My kid knocked her teeth back around that age.
We were at a Fourth of July swim party and she slipped and hit her face on the diving board. We thought her teeth were knocked out, even though we couldn’t find them. Turns out they had been knocked all the way back into her gums.

It turned out to matter not at all. They grew back out normally, fell out on schedule, and were replaced with healthy adult teeth.

We met with the dentist after it happened, obviously, and he said it is good to watch mostly to make sure no damage occurred to the adult teeth on their way back in. But what seemed like a super scary event at first turned out to be pretty uneventful.

Can’t really help with a referral, sorry—but hopefully that eases the concern a bit.
