Yes, it was dead as it was called illegal motion if it was called a false start = 10 second run off
I saw what the ref saw. Bowers is standing up, looking away, waving his arms as the ball is snapped.

After the ball snap, he actually gets down in his three-point stance

He was never set for false start ?

Any case I’m trusting these NFL refs to know the rules interpretations not that they met to discuss how to ensure Kansas City wins


Maybe the center shouldn’t snap it when the quarterback is not ready for it or the TE shouldn’t be standing up, waving his arms looking away as the ball snapped
